Time & Attendance: how points work
Daily arrival Monday–Saturday 8:20 AM with a 5-minute grace period. Points fall off 12 months after each occurrence. Every 30 consecutive days of perfect attendance removes 1 point.
What happens at each total
Leadership reviews every tier before any action; the hub never executes a consequence automatically.
Paid Time Off
- Use PTO for any time off; request through Shifts with two weeks’ notice when possible.
- Available after 90 days of employment; minimum increment 1 hour (4 hours for exempt staff).
- Accrual per bi-weekly pay period: 2.30 h (0–1 yr) · 2.62 h (1–2 yr) · 2.92 h (2–4 yr) · 3.54 h (5+ yr).
- Up to 20 unused hours may be cashed out each December.
- Approved PTO never counts as an attendance infraction.
How your scorecard is calculated
- Dependability: your active attendance points converted to 0–100.
- Consistency: daily task list 80%, manager check-in 10% (form + attendance), COO one-on-one 10%.
- Performance: your department’s KPI tracker, paced against elapsed workdays.
- Overall standing = the band of your lowest pillar: 98–100 Fully Meets · 90–97.99 Minor Deficiencies · 80–89.99 Needs Improvement · below 80 Failing.
- Items not yet due show as Pending, never zero.
